You must submit a personal statement describing your background, challenges you have encountered, personal achievements, educational pursuits, community service reflecting a commitment to education and to the community and goals and aspirations for the future.
You must submit two letters of recommendation from individuals who can attest to your meritorious performance and personal strengths and assess your potential for success. One of the letter of recommendation must be from an academic instructor.
